Inspection of a private house

Test documentation is required when commissioning a private home. This is determined by the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers at the commissioning of the structure. Opinions and wiring test documentation from certified electricians are requested by the local building authority when commissioning the site.

What to know before the test?

Before a specialist can carry out a wiring test, you must first make sure it is complete. The light switches and sockets must be screwed and the electrical switchgear must be completed.

What are the costs?

Each private home is technically different and the cost came from several factors. So before you want to find out the costs, you need to know:
1) Is Only a Private Home Required for Rent? Perhaps there is also a separate sauna building or garage building in the area, which, among other things, should be put into operation?
2) How many electric switchgear are there?
If you can answer these questions, you can find out the cost of the test by phone.

Checks shall be carried out in accordance with

1) Internal building wiring regulations
2) Fire safety regulations

What measurements are taken during the test?

Insulation resistance measurements
Loops – Phase – Zero measurements
Contact resistance measurement
Earthing resistance measurements
Lightning protection system inspection
Thermal measurements using a thermal camera

What will I get after the test?

After the test, you will receive the wiring test documentation within one or two days
